Nightmare once cylinder change needed!
Experience very difficult due to poor design of connection to cylinder causing it to be very difficult to replace cylinder thus it break's because it's stuck. Cylinder should have been designed as simple twist on-twist off, like the other two cylinder, not designed in such a way that consumers have difficulty removing and reinstalling, thus breaking and reordering several connects each time for cylinder change.

Hi Joseph, we apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced due to the design of the cylinder connection, which has made it difficult to replace the cylinder. To troubleshoot the issue you're facing: Inspect for Obstructions or Damage: Ensure there are no foreign objects, debris, or damage around the connection area that might be hindering the removal and replacement process. Apply Lubrication: If the connection is still stuck, consider using a suitable lubricant (such as silicone lubricant) on the threads or connection points. This can help ease the removal and reinstallation process. Use Proper Tools: If it's feasible, use the appropriate tools or wrenches that fit the connection securely but don't overtighten or force it. Be cautious not to damage the connection further. Our team is reviewing this matter to explore possible design improvements that would make the cylinder replacement process more user-friendly, such as a simpler "twist on-twist off" mechanism, similar to what you suggested. In the meantime, if you require any immediate assistance with your current situation, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We're here to help and ensure that your needs are met. Once again, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are dedicated to continuously improving our products based on customer feedback, and your insights are a valuable part of that process.

Good service
Excellent, got fast help in picking out what was needed. I have purchased (3) machines already.
Stopped my leak
Gaskets wear out - especially on a fitting that is pushed in and out multiple times a day. My RKIN filter is three years old and works like new again, The RKIN is one of the best investments I have made for our home in years. Changing this gasket took me about one minute.

Connect Fitting
I replaced one connector but still could not open the other. At this time, the old post filter is still in place. I was afraid to mess with it and break it again. I love the machine. The other two filters are simple to replace but there is a flaw on the post filter’s connector. Read many reviews and seem like the same problem. Not sure why you can’t implement easier way for this.
