Replacement filter cartridges with open or missing factory-sealed packaging cannot be returned. Please ensure you have the right cartridge before unsealing the product. Learn more about our return policy.
Add a 2-year filter bundle to your order, and you'll receive two annual replacement filter kits(cartridges #1 and #3, two pieces each), two hydrogen PEM modules, and one reverse osmosis membrane(cartridge #2 to be replaced after 2nd year of use).

Replacing filters did not work
Continued to get error code and manual said to replace filters. Received the order in a timely manner and completed the replacement but continue to get an error message and no clean water. Love the machine but unhappy that it only lasted 18 mos. before failing. Out of warranty so I am stuck with no clean water.
Hydrogen module replacement not easy
Removing the cover to the hydrogen module is a B*tch! Not easy to remove without breaking the part with the screw hole. Held in with a tension tag. Needs to be redesigned.
Great water filter except…
Great water filter. Only issue I have is the water pressure. I use this filter and a Brita water filter. This water for glasses of water. Brita for cat water, water bottles etc. can we speed up the psi? And yes , my filters are good . Water taste is excellent

Just received my back order
