Best water I’ve ever had but changing filters can be difficult. Now there’s a leak in an area that I can’t access where the supply tube connects from the supply pitcher. I ordered a replacement gasket for the tube but it still leaks inside the unit from that area.

It's great to hear that you enjoy the taste of the water it produces, and we understand that changing the filters can be a bit tricky. As for the leak, it sounds like you've already tried replacing the gasket for the supply tube, but it's still leaking from that area inside the unit. Have you tried contacting our customer support for assistance in accessing the area where the leak is occurring? We have some additional tips or solutions that you haven't tried yet.

Have high level of minerals and solids ... filter removes them all in concert with my countertop RO unit.
