ZIP Upper Tank Lid

I bought my unit refurbished from Puricom, and have had it for a couple of months now. The upper lid was damaged upon arrival (everything still worked), and Eric from Puricom was super responsive and I had a free replacement within two days. Day to day use with the ZIP has been great. It is super easy to use, and looks good on the counter. I have a family of 5 and we probably use a few gallons of filtered water each day. I've had almost everyone that visits my home do the "Pepsi challenge" with water from the tap and then a glass filtered from the ZIP. People are amazed - It is that different. Coffee and tea are also much more complex now, and taste much less bitter to me. I recently went on vacation and took the ZIP along as well. I just re-used the original packaging and was able to avoid dealing with bottled water or local tap water while there. I have no complaints at all, and would recommend this product to anyone. This is easily one of the best things I have purchased in a long time. Pro Tip: Get a glass container or two (like a milk jug) and prepare water ahead of time to keep chilled in the refrigerator. This is also useful when cooking or for other activities that require larger amounts of water.
