No, the mobile app is not required. All the settings can be updated directly from the Water System's control board.

The mobile app does make the setup quick and easy.

The Bluetooth module on the valve can be disabled, and the mobile app can be deleted from the phone after the initial setup.

Best complete water system

I researched many water systems for 3 months for my well water. This system covers everything. You use the Bluetooth app to monitor it but truly it has a “brain” and does it all on it own. Crystal clear water. Iron and sulfur smell and appearance gone. Sales is super supportive! During installation I called and always got assistance. Quality product. Highly recommend. And you can install it yourself. The price is fantastic. I got 5 quotes from various companies. This system eliminates the need for a water aeration storage tank to eliminate sulfur. The tank does this internally. Exactly what I wanted. This system is go go go!

I believe she had my interest at heart and found the best water filter system for me and my boys. I have to say I did my research and got a few quotes. This company really impressed me. Committed to getting right. On top of that she's fair and honest waited to get a answer from the engineer before the sale. That says a lot about Angelina. That you all for going beyond. It's truly appreciated. I will follow up with the equipment after a few months. I got the salt water whole house system with the reverse osmosis system. And I would highly recommend that you give them a call before making a decision with one of the other companies.
