Impossible filter removal
Great product, but horrible design for filter replacement! It is impossible to remove the filters with hands, following the directions. Replacement filters should come as a kit including the tool that would make the procedure possible (not just make it easier)!

RKIN water counter top filtration
I have used my countertop water filtration system for about 19 years. No more buying water in plastic bottles for me ! It is so efficient and easy to use. All I need to do is fill the tank and push a button and in about 8 minutes I have fresh filtered water that is better and cleaner than store bought water. About 2x a year I buy filters which are promptly mailed to my home. The handy tool for replacing the filters make it a simple task to install new filters. RKIN service is always there for you to answer any questions with efficient service department. My machine is about the size of a small microwave and fits nicely on my countertop. I enjoy all the fresh clean water anytime I need. No trips to the store.I am very pleased with this product and the longevity, service free , great water I enjoy every day.

Great tool.......
We are glad that we got the water filter tool as it was much easier to change the filters with this device. Especially if you can't fit your hands really inside to turn/change the filters out. We would recommend getting this tool when changing your water filters.
