at our age we have to be careful what we drink!

In developing countries, like uganda, my home country, obtaining biologically safe water is one of the biggest problems facing many homesteads. Waterborne diseases are a large issue associated with poor water supplies. i may not be the ideal winner but with RO, am quite sure the number of homes that would have access to safe water would increase drastically.

I am not sure if I am a ideal winner but I would love to win. Even though it has been over 14 years since Hurricane Katrina hit us in MS, our water never recovered. We have been buying bottled water since that year and I admit it has become so expensive. I use it for everything, even the pets as I do not want anyone to get sick.

I don’t trust the tap water and the residue of my system. Since I know it “smells like sewer water” from my bathroom sink sometimes, I believe it would be best for this to be the addition of my apartment. The benefactor of this is chance, and I believe in that chance.

I currently use a distiller, but would like a different system.
