First of all, I would recommend anyone interested in getting this replacement filter to go to the reviews of AlcaPure Edition Zero Installation Purifier Replacement Filters Bundle and find and read Anita T.'s review on 7/21/18. I think it is the most helpful review. I want to remind a couple of things. First, pre-filters are very tight, and you have a narrow working space in the back of the system. It will not come off all at once, but it will move very little by little with your consistent try. Secondly, post-filter replacement is tricky, and the video here should get updated. The place to push down is different, and it has the wrong info. You might break if you continue to push it down hard. It would be best if you did not push down the light-green area, but white space is the right answer. Additionally, as Anita T. mentioned, you have to take one-half of the elbow out. I spent some time figuring this out as there is no such official guidance anywhere and kept pushing light green areas so hard. It could be a bit less painful issue, but even if you have a right size post filter clip, which you might need to buy to make a switch, the remaining space for post-filter is limited. The water pipe is not long enough to manage to make room for it easily. I managed to make it, but initially, I felt I could not make it. That all being said, after the replacement, the new filter did work as advertised, and we confirm that we got water 0 ppm from the tap water just over 400 ppm. It was much trickier than I had imagined, but the product works for sure. The replacement guide video should be updated ASAP cause it has misleading info.
I would recommend RKIN to everyone! Try it on my words and you'll be satisfied!
