Easy to set up. Great look and good looking product.

I received the RKIN in great condition, easy set up, and started using it first day. Instructions are limited in the box - would like printed manual for easy reference. Quick glance sheet doesn’t list all the parts for reference. Water container in back needs to separate the “clean” tap water from “dirty” water better because when the “dirty” side is full, it can easily spill over into tap water side. There is no separation at the top so they can cross contaminate. I love the hot water and cold water function & am using it more than I thought I would. I wish the osmosis ratio was better and there was less waste water, but I’m saving waste for watering plants. So far, 3 days in, I’m loving it and hope it keeps working well for a long time! I was only able to buy it because I happened to see the site on “employee appreciation day” when it was on sale!!

I only have the unit for a few days, So far I really like it. I think the water tastes great and the hot water feature for tea works real quick. I use it for a lot of things other than drinking it. I use it for my coffee maker and for cooking. You do need to refill it often, but I think its worth it.

Excellent service is outstanding. I have owned the product for a few years now and it has been very efficient and have had absolutely no problem with it. The water tastes fantastic. Great buy!

Haven’t been able to use yet. It was damaged in shipping. I am awaiting replacement! I contacted Gracie B. She was wonderful!! I love your products. They are well made and customer service is 1st class!!

My experience has been easy. Assembly was minimal and the operation has been simple. The water tastes great.

Not only have i experienced the best customer service, (Thank you Arnold!), but they have great products! We started with the counter top water purifier and just upgraded to the U1 purifier. This unit puts hydrogen into your purified water for the healthiest water option!

The U1 is very easy to use. I'm still trying to figure out some stuff, like, how to remedy the faint, strange taste. We're hoping that it'll go away with further use but I'm researching the trouble shooting portion of the product manual.

Ease of operation. The unit functions as promised and we are very pleased with the process. We experienced some issues initially but were addressed and followed by customer service.

Excellent in all respects. I’m so thankful to have this great source of drinking water that tastes great too.

Love this product!! Wish the water tank held more, but it’s perfect for my apartment space and use. I have an extra jug in the fridge to help with time management.

This thing is amazing. Just wish they had another bigger resevoir tank to hold more water. Between the 5 of us that use it. I find myself refilling it 2-3 times a day.

I love it, the water tastes so clean and pure. I make a bunch ahead and put it in the fridge. Didn't take long to figure out how to use it, pretty easy. Have recommended it to other people

we went from the countertop reverse osmosis system to the under counter due to the amount of water we use. the installation was pretty basic if you are a Diy person. all the fittings are easy to use and even with drilling a small hole in granite for the faucet the entire install took less than an hour. the water tastes great and it is a comfort to know it has been filtered.

So far so great! Love the machine! No issues. I have had it for approximately 3 weeks! Highly Recommended!

We absolutely love this machine! We had been purchasing 14 distilled water bottles per week and it is such a relief to be able to do it at home-plus we were lacking the minerals (per my naturopath) and purchased the unit that adds the minerals back which is a double win! I am pleased and impressed with the performance of the U1 water filtration system. The water dispensed taste great, and the Hot or Cold temperature options are a welcomed addition to the system.

So far so good! The water coming out of this machine is super pure! I actually have some of the worst water in the country and this cleans it up so well it’s amazing! The extra features, hot, cold and hydrogen water are extra bonuses!

I love this! It saves me so much money on water, as my entire household drinks plenty. Water isn’t very hard in my area so I haven’t had to replace the filter yet, even though it’s been seven months. After buying this I can no longer drink bottled water because this taste so much better! I highly recommend. This was my second one in four years. I prefer room temperature water so this model works well for my family.

I had a very helpful representative help me set up my machine. Her name was Grace.B. She did a great job explaining how the system works and walked me through the process.

Works as advertised. Tested multiple times and verified TDS under 30, pH over 9 and hydrogen over 1300ppb. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an easy solution for clean hydrogenated alkaline water.

So far so good, easy setup. Water is low-TDS, clean and tastes great.
