Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to learn about clean water and shop on rkin.com, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. If something on our site gets in your way, we want to hear about it and help.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). It is a goal we work toward, not a claim that every page meets it today.

What we do

  • We build pages with clear headings, labeled buttons and links, and text descriptions for product images.
  • We design menus, product options and photo viewers to work with a keyboard.
  • We test our main pages with automated accessibility checks and by keyboard, and we fix the problems we find.
  • We are adding accessibility checks to every site update.

Known limitations

Some parts of our site come from partners, such as customer reviews, the cart drawer, subscription options, live chat, and checkout. We test these too, but we can't change all of their code ourselves. When we find a problem in partner content, we report it to them and look for a workaround in the meantime. Some older pages and documents may also fall short of our goal while we work through them.
