Useless scam
Non elective, was rail roaded into purchasing product

Two large filters were a breeze but spent 20 mins trying to release the tube insert from the small filter. It was VERY difficult and frustrating to get the rubber suction plate (for lack of a better word) to release the tube to insert into new filter.

The RKIN RO water system was an excellent decision that I could've made. I was able to taste the freshness with each glass of water for the year. The RKIN system was on point with an automatic reminder to change the filters after the first year.

For the most part it was fine. Unfortunately, there's still a solid red light, even after replacing the RO filter. Will have to do some research to find out how to reset that.

They look great no damage. I have them in storage for the time being. The filters I have now are still good. I test the water once a month with my tester.
