Our water is hard, and as we get older, I find it very hard to manage the bags of salt for the water softener we do have, Right now there is no salt in it so we have it turned off until we get a visit from our children.
I really need this bc we have the hardest, nastiest, tasting water you can imagine libing in the desert.
We have city water, BUT, it’s a very old neighborhood with somewhat questionable feeder lines. We currently use a Berkey filter for our drinking and cooking water, that DOESN’T help with the rust stains in the tub and toilet though!
I be a good candidate for this since I have the hardest water around. Can’t drink water since you can taste all the chemicals in it. Shower doors has hard water stains that us so hard to remove.
Have my grandmothers beach house refurb project on my September ‘must-do’ list and this sounds like the perfect water softener for our hard water.
