Zero Installation Purifier AC Adapter

I want to thank Yves F. for the great customer support. I purchased a Zero install water filter in late 2017. I have had a few issues with the machine (due to very very tap hard water) but anytime I contacted RKIN Yves F and/or Eric helped solve the issue. I am very grateful for the excellent customer service that RKIN and Yves F have provided for me over the years I have owed the machine. I recommend the Zero install filter as RKIN stands behind their product.

And my product had issues...first, the plug was not included in the original package. They responded to my email quickly and sent out a new one. My machine didn't work initially and again customer service was quick to respond with a helpful tip. I bought a refurbished machine and the dispenser piece is crooked and I'm afraid might break. If it does, I hope it happens within the 90 day warranty. I recommend paying a little more for a new machine, rather than a refurbished one.
