Replacement filter element for RKIN Zero Installation Purifier or RKIN Flash Undersink Water Filter System.

75 Gallon Per Day Reverse Osmosis Membrane. This element needs to be replaced only every 2 - 4 years, or as needed.

Note: If the reverse osmosis membrane is getting clogged due to high amounts of hardness present in the water, please use the Anti-Scale replacement filter options in conjunction with a new reverse osmosis membrane:

Zero Installation Purifier Only: To reset the reverse osmosis membrane replacement indicator (Solid Red Light) unplug the power supply from the back of the unit and plug it back in while pressing and holding the "push" button.

Replacement of product during shipping

Product meets my specific need. However, the difficulty and time and repeated need to make inquiries to get a replacement RKIN RO Membrane (original order damaged during shipping) was less than satisfactory. The quality of customer service when no problems were reported was excellent. But when a problem occurs customer service should also be excellent in resolving the issue.

Reverse osmosis membrane

Very bad experience! Does not have the correct hose attachment fittings. Very poor technical support. Should be an easy fix. Will not recommend your products anyone and you will not get business from me anymore . I spent a good amount of money with you. Bought 2 filter systems and 2 sets of filters for each. I

Not User Friendly

In a word - Terrible. Extremely complicated procedure to follow. Very easy to go wrong. Lack of diagrams. Som ultumately useless. Very frustrating and time-consuming experience.
