Note: If the reverse osmosis membrane is getting clogged due to high amounts of hardness present in the water, please use the Anti-Scale replacement filter options in conjunction with a new reverse osmosis membrane:

Zero Installation Purifier Only: To reset the reverse osmosis membrane replacement indicator (Solid Red Light) unplug the power supply from the back of the unit and plug it back in while pressing and holding the "push" button.

I recently replaced my RO filter, along with all the other filters. The process is super easy, following the videos on YouTube. Gave the tanks a quick clean with some water and white vinegar and the ZIP looks like new. Water tastes great, as always. This really is an overall awesome product. I have been very impressed for several years.
Everything working as expected. I read some reviews said the machine leaks and I have noticed that and thought it maybe the connection between the container and machine wasn’t secure or water may have sloshed over behind container while inserting. So now I make sure I slowly insert the lower water container and make sure I’ve pushed it all the way to fully engaged connection and haven’t had any further “leaks”
This is my first time replacing the RO filter. Not too difficult to do. Love my water filter. Anytime I have a question, they are always happy to help. Highly recommend.
