I've really been enjoying the great water and ease of use. When the product arrived, upon finishing a cycle it would beep loudly - I reached out to customer service to see if this could be turned off. Yves F. sent me a simple way to separate the buzzer from the board and keep the machine running quietly. So far, I've been very please with the system and great service!
I got this Zero Installation Purifier for my sister because she was recently diagnosed with kidney failure at 20% functionality. Her water supply is softened water. Years ago I installed a simple GE under the sink dual filter with tap, but now in light of her medical condition I wanted something that would remove any potassium-chloride or sodium from her drinking water. I didn't want to install an under the sink reverse osmosis system as she's in an apartment and there's more plumbing involved. She's been using this above the counter system every day since mid January 2020 and finds it easy to operate. It stopped working a couple weeks ago so I called customer support, explained the symptoms and in 2 days received a replacement control board and power supply free of charge under warranty. The original power supply had a straight connector that connects to the back of the system. The one I received has a 90 degree angle but I was able to plug it in and the control board took just a minute to replace. It works again. Very happy with this system and great customer service.
The folks at RKIN took excellent care of my issue when I reported a broken part. They immediate sent me a replacement without question. Thanks for your help!
Customer service was very helpful in troubleshooting the problem and promptly sent me the required part. My ZIP works perfectly again. We love our mountain fresh tasting water
