My RKIN reverse osmosis filtering system suddenly stopped filtering. Barbara patiently listened to the issue and spent almost an hour with me to investigate the issue. She was very friendly. She will be shipping me few parts for free to see if it fixes the issue. Hopefully it fixes the issue. One of the best customer support I have seen in recent times.
