In this case it was the great customer service from Barbara that enables this to be an excellent product on-going Barbara diagnosed what the issue is and then sent out the needed part quickly without any hassles -she’s easy to communicate with by email and with swift response and solution -in this case a small switch part that needed to be replaced

Barbara was able to quickly identify the part that was causing our filter to malfunction. Within minutes I received notification that the replacement part had been ordered and an email from Barbara with detailed instructions and photos showing how to install the new part. Very happy with the product and the customer support.
I have had a Zip water filter for several years. It wasn't working right, so I called, and Barbara told me right away what the issue was, what to order, and sent me instructions for installation. Issue resolved. Really appreciate the excellent customer service.
